On the heels of Microsoft’s big Windows 10 news, the company is giving us a more in-depth look at Office apps that are “touch-first”, meaning they are build for the Windows 10 touch interface and not the traditional desktop with mouse and keyboard. The touch version of Office is aimed at tablet users, and owners of 2-in-1 devices like the Surface Pro.
